Born in Quebec, Florence knew from a young age that she would work in the medical field, as she was passionate about helping people - and fascinated by science.

After graduating from McGill University with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy (OT), she has worked as an OT for the past 20 years, developing her expertise in many different fields such as neuro, musculoskeletal, palliative care, geriatrics, rheumatology and general med.

She has worked in Montréal, London-Reading (UK), and Squamish-Vancouver in multiple settings such as acute care, rehab care, home care, private rehab and return-to-work programs.

While Flo has a special interest for treating concussions, mental health and woman's health as a whole, her practice is open to all adults, teenagers and children.

Meet Flo.

It is always a fabulous experience seeing Florence.
She takes the time to deeply understand what is going on and tailors a unique treatment to you.

Flo and her dog

Florence went back to school in 2017 to add new tools to her clinical tool box,
and her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine opened her eyes to new horizons.

She learned an abundance of practical self-help skills that can be applied to someone's daily routine, and her renewed focus in therapy is to help clients reach their goals, reduce their discomfort, promote harmony within their different systems and improve their quality of life.

Florence is a mother of two teenagers and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
She loves meditation, yoga, hiking, biking, water sports and cross-country skiing,
and you can catch her reading a book or planning her next adventure in her down time!
