  • TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioners use various psychological, physical and/or herbal approaches to address health problems.

In essence, TCM healers seek to restore a dynamic balance between the two complementary forces, yin (passive) and yang (active). According to TCM, a person is healthy when harmony exists between these two forces, whereas illness results from a breakdown in the equilibrium of yin and yang.
